عشان ما تكتبون أسماءكم كل مرة، التطبيق يحفظ هذي الأشياء في ذاكرة جهازك فقط:

ما نشوف هذي البيانات ولا تنرسل لنا أو لغيرنا. ولا ننصح تكتب أسماء كاملة، الاسم الأول أو اللقب يكفي.

We never see this data and it is never sent to us or anyone else. First names or nicknames are all you need.

2وش ما نجمعه أبدًاWhat we never collect

• معلومات شخصية: اسم، إيميل، رقم جوال، عمر، أو جنس
• موقعك الجغرافي
• إجاباتكم أو أي شيء يُقال أثناء اللعب، فالتطبيق ما يسجّل صوت ولا نص
• سجل اللعب، أو أي كروت ظهرت لكم
• معرّفات الجهاز أو المعرّفات الإعلانية (IDFA / AAID)
• تقارير الأعطال أو بيانات الاستخدام والتحليلات

• Personal information: name, email, phone number, age or gender
• Your location
• Your answers or anything said while playing. The app records no audio or text.
• Game history or which cards you were shown
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs (IDFA / AAID)
• Crash reports, usage data or analytics

التطبيق ما يحتوي على أي خدمات طرف ثالث تجمع بيانات: لا إعلانات، ولا تحليلات، ولا تسجيل دخول عن طريق قوقل أو أبل أو غيرهم، ولا روابط تتبّع. وما نبيع ولا نشارك ولا نأجّر أي بيانات، لأنه ما عندنا بيانات أصلًا. الطرف الوحيد هو متجر أبل أو قوقل وقت الشراء، حسب سياساتهم.

المشاركة والاقتراحات: لما تشارك صورة كرت، أو تفتح حسابنا في انستقرام، أو تقترح سؤال، التطبيق يفتح التطبيق اللي تختاره أنت (مثل انستقرام) وأنت اللي ترسل. الاقتراحات اللي توصلنا نستخدمها بس عشان نراجع السؤال ونضيفه للعبة، ونذكر اسمك فقط إذا كتبته وطلبت ذلك.

The app contains no third-party services that collect data: no ads, no analytics, no sign-in with Google, Apple or anyone else, and no tracking links. We don't sell, share or rent any data, because we don't have any. The only other party is Apple's or Google's store when you make a purchase, under their own policies.

Sharing and suggestions: when you share a card image, open our Instagram, or suggest a question, the app opens the app you choose (such as Instagram) and you send it yourself. Suggestions that reach us are used only to review the question and add it to the game, and we credit your name only if you wrote it and asked us to.

5المشتريات داخل التطبيقIn-app purchases

«الباقات الخاصة» شراء لمرة وحدة يتم بالكامل عن طريق App Store أو Google Play. أبل أو قوقل يتعاملون مع الدفع، ونحن ما نستلم ولا نشوف رقم بطاقتك ولا اسمك ولا أي بيانات دفع. التطبيق يعرف بس إذا الباقات مفتوحة ولا لا، ويحفظ هذي المعلومة في جهازك.

The "Private packs" are a one-time purchase handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google process the payment; we never receive or see your card number, name or any payment details. The app only learns whether the packs are unlocked, and stores that on your device.

6متاجر التطبيقاتApp stores

لما تحمّل التطبيق من App Store أو Google Play، ممكن أبل أو قوقل يجمعون معلومات عن التحميل حسب سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة فيهم. هذا خارج تحكّمنا، ونستلم منهم إحصائيات عامة مجمّعة فقط، مثل عدد التحميلات، وما تحدد هويتك.

When you download the app from the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may collect information about the download under their own privacy policies. That is outside our control. We only receive aggregated, anonymous statistics from them, such as download counts, which do not identify you.

7الأطفالChildren

«على الطاولة» لعبة جمعات موجّهة لعمر ١٣ سنة وفوق، وفيها «وضع العائلة» لما تلعبون مع الصغار. وبما إن التطبيق ما يجمع أي بيانات، ما نجمع بيانات أي طفل بأي شكل.

Ala AlTawla is a party game intended for ages 13 and up, with a Family mode for playing alongside younger relatives. Because the app collects no data, we do not knowingly or otherwise collect any data from children.

8تحكّمك في بياناتكYour control & rights

• تعديل أو حذف لاعب: اضغط على اسمه في الصفحة الرئيسية.
• حذف كل البيانات: احذف التطبيق، أو امسح بياناته من إعدادات الجهاز.
• حقوقك النظامية: نحترم نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية والأنظمة المشابهة. وبما إننا ما نحتفظ بأي بيانات عنك، كل بياناتك تحت تحكّمك الكامل في جهازك.

• Edit or remove a player: tap their name on the home screen.
• Delete everything: uninstall the app, or clear its data in your device settings.
• Your legal rights: we respect Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), the GDPR and similar laws. Because we hold no data about you, all of your data stays fully under your control on your device.

9الأمانSecurity

أفضل حماية للبيانات إنها ما تطلع من جهازك أصلًا. بياناتكم محمية بنفس حماية جهازك، مثل قفل الشاشة والتشفير المدمج في النظام.

The best protection for your data is that it never leaves your device. Your data has the same protection as your phone: its screen lock and the operating system's built-in encryption.

10التعديلات على السياسةChanges to this policy

لو أضفنا ميزة تغيّر طريقة تعاملنا مع البيانات، بنحدّث هذي الصفحة وتاريخ «آخر تحديث» قبل ما توصلكم الميزة، وبنوضّح التغيير داخل التطبيق.

If we ever add a feature that changes how data is handled, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date before the feature reaches you, and explain the change inside the app.

11شروط الاستخدامTerms of use

باستخدامك لتطبيق «على الطاولة»، توافق على هذي الشروط.

By using the Ala AlTawla app, you agree to these terms.

• العب بمسؤولية: التحديات والعقوبات للضحك فقط. تجاهل أي تحدّي أو عقاب ممكن يكون خطر، أو يحرج أحد، أو ما يرضى عليه الكل. ما فيه شيء في اللعبة يستاهل إنك تأذي نفسك أو غيرك.
• أنت المسؤول عن تصرفاتك: كل لاعب مسؤول عن تصرفاته وقراراته أثناء اللعب. «على الطاولة» غير مسؤولة عن أي إصابة أو ضرر أو خلاف ينتج عن اللعب.
• احترموا خصوصية بعض: لا تصوّر أحد ولا تنشر إجاباته أو أسراره بدون إذنه.
• العمر والباقات: اللعبة مخصصة لعمر ١٣ سنة فما فوق. الباقات الخاصة فيها أسئلة أعمق، فاختاروا الباقات اللي تناسب جلستكم.
• المحتوى ملك «على الطاولة»: جميع الأسئلة والتحديات والعقوبات والتصاميم والشعار ملك لـ«على الطاولة» ومحمية بحقوق النشر. ما يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها أو استخدامها في تطبيق أو منتج ثاني بدون إذن كتابي. مشاركة كرت في الستوري للاستخدام الشخصي مسموحة ومرحّب فيها.
• اقتراحاتك: لما ترسل لنا سؤال، توافق إننا نقدر نضيفه للعبة ونعدّل صياغته، ونذكر اسمك إذا طلبت.
• المشتريات: الباقات الخاصة شراء لمرة وحدة عن طريق متجر التطبيقات، وتخضع لشروط المتجر وسياسة استرداد المبالغ الخاصة فيه.
• التطبيق كما هو: نقدّم التطبيق كما هو ونسعى نحسّنه باستمرار، لكن ما نضمن إنه يخلو من الأخطاء دائمًا. ممكن نحدّث هذي الشروط، وآخر نسخة دايم موجودة في هالصفحة.

• Play responsibly: Dares and punishments are just for fun. Skip any dare or punishment that could be unsafe, embarrass someone, or that not everyone agrees to. Nothing in the game is worth hurting yourself or anyone else.
• You're responsible for your actions: Each player is responsible for their own actions and choices while playing. Ala AlTawla is not responsible for any injury, damage or dispute that results from playing.
• Respect each other's privacy: Don't film anyone or share their answers or secrets without their permission.
• Age and packs: The game is intended for ages 13 and up. The private packs include deeper questions, so choose the packs that suit your group.
• The content belongs to Ala AlTawla: All questions, dares, punishments, designs and the logo belong to Ala AlTawla and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, republished or used in another app or product without written permission. Sharing a card in your story for personal use is allowed and welcome.
• Your suggestions: When you send us a question, you agree that we may add it to the game and edit its wording, and we'll credit your name if you ask us to.
• Purchases: The private packs are a one-time purchase made through the app store, and are subject to the store's terms and refund policy.
• The app as it is: We provide the app as it is and keep improving it, but we can't guarantee it will always be free of errors. We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page.
